You can see the Moon is trine Pluto, and the ruler of the Moon (Venus) and the ruler of the Sun in Aries (Mars) are both in PISCES.

In fact, we have four planets in this sign, Mars, Saturn, Venus and Neptune – and Venus is separating from a conjunction with Saturn.

The chart above is the corresponding New Moon in Libra, not an eclipse but occurring around the 2-3º mark (2º48’).
